Your information

Privacy at off2.it

off2.it uses the information needed to run your account, keep your personal web available across devices and provide the features you choose.

Information we handle

This may include your Off2it Passport account and security information, local off2.it profile and preferences, content and activity you choose to save, device and push-notification tokens, purchase and entitlement records, reliability diagnostics, and information you send when asking for support. Payment providers handle full payment-card details; off2.it receives only the identifiers and entitlement information needed to provide a purchase.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate you, operate and synchronise the service, prevent abuse, fulfil purchases, deliver requested notifications, answer support requests, measure reliability and improve the service. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records anonymous page visits without form contents or account identifiers; advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Analytics respects Do Not Track. We do not sell personal information.

Services and sharing

Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate off2.it, such as hosting and security providers, Apple or Google, Paddle, and email or push-notification providers when those features are enabled. Participating products receive the minimum Passport identity information needed to link their separate local profile. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your choices

In Off2it Passport you can review profile information, security methods, active sessions, linked products and notification choices. You can also request an account data export or deletion across participating products. For help, use our support page.

Retention and security

We keep information only while it is needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution and service security. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit records and bounded service permissions, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and will provide additional notice when a change materially affects your choices.
