off2.it terms
These terms explain the basic rules for using off2.it, Off2it Passport and the personal web features connected to your account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in and recovery methods secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity authorised through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade security controls, access another person’s account or data without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use off2.it to break the law or another person’s rights. We may restrict activity when reasonably needed to protect people or the service.
Your content
You retain rights you have in content you save. You give off2.it the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronise and display that content to provide the features you choose. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
Purchases and subscriptions
A purchase provides the access described when you buy it. App-store and web purchases are also subject to the relevant store or payment-provider terms. Subscriptions renew and can be managed or cancelled through the provider shown on your receipt. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, security events and circumstances outside our control may interrupt it. Features may evolve; material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where reasonably possible.
